Abdulkadir Jimoh: Former Cross River Police Commissioner buried in Ilorin

Late Police Commissioner for Cross River State, Abdulkadir Lanre Jimoh, was committed to mother earth in Ilorin on Saturday.

He was buried at his residence on Abdulrazaq road GRA, Ilorin at about 2.50p.m

Chief Imam of Ilorin, Dr Mohammad Bashir Imam Soliu, led the janazah prayer.

The Nigeria police force also honoured late Jimoh with 21 gunshots salute shortly after the janazah prayer.

The late Police Commissioner reportedly died on Friday from coronavirus infectious disease.

DAILY POST gathered that the police authorities have asked all those who had last contacts with the deceased to proceed on self isolation for 14 days.
