Omah Lay, Tems with Nigerian mission in Uganda- Abike Dabiri

Nigerian singers, Omah Lay and Tems can breathe a sigh of relief after they were arrested in Uganda for flouting COVID-19 guidelines as they are now with the Nigerian mission in Uganda. 

The Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, took to her Twitter account to announce that both singers were with the with Nigerian mission in Uganda.

She tweeted, “Temilade ( Tems) has been freed and handed over to the Nigerian mission in Uganda. Omah Lay @Omah_Lay is expected soon ⁦@PeterPsquare. And finally, ⁦@Omah_Lay arrives to the safe hands of officials of the Nigerian mission in Uganda @PeterPsquare. Finally, finally . The journey home will soon begin but they are safely at Nigeria house in Uganda.”
