Two suspected motorcycle snatchers set ablaze in Ile-Ife

A set of commercial motorcyclists in Ile-Ife have set ablaze suspected two motorcycle snatchers on Friday.

The incident happened on around 3 pm at Lagere area of Osun State.

The duo was set ablaze after they successfully snatched the motorcycle from the owner on Friday.

DAILY POST gathered that Okada riders at the scene pursued and nabbed the suspects.

The suspected armed robbers were consequently roasted alive.

Speaking with the spokesperson of Osun Police command, Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident.

She said that the suspects were set ablaze before the arrival of the Police.

“The suspected armed robbers were pursued and nabbed by a group of Okada riders and they were set ablaze before the arrival of the patrol team,” she said.
