Tottenham Hotspurs would travel to play Ludogorets Razgrad in the Europa League hoping to return to winning ways in the Europe’s second competition.
The Londoners have three points from their opening two games, having followed it up a 3-0 win against LASK Linz and a shocking 1-0 defeat away at Royal Antwerp.
Tottenham would be expected to perform against the Bulgarian Champions Ludogorets, who are without a point from their first two games in Europe.
Here, DAILY POST takes a look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up against Razgrad.
Absent: Japhet Tanganga (thigh), Joe Rondon (ineligible).
Young defender, Tanganga is Spurs only absentee confirmed ahead of Thursday’s match.
But new acquisition, Joe Random is not available as he was not included in the Londoners European squad.
Mourinho has already stated clearly that Gareth Bale will be in the starting XI for the third Europa League game as he continues to affirm his full fitness.
Erik Lamela and Heung-Min Son started in the wings in Sunday’s 2-1 success over Brighton and Hove Albion with Harry Kane playing as a central striker.
All the three are likely to be rested for this Europa League games, meaning Lucas Moura and Carlos Vinicius are set to be recalled back to the side.
That may likely be the scenario for Dele Alli, who was somehow criticized by José Mourinho for his poor showing in the loss to Royal Antwerp before being substituted midway in the match.
Giovani Lo Celso and Harry Winks are also in contention for a place in Spurs line up, with the former playing about 25 minutes against Brighton and Hove Albion from the bench.
Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham could line up against Ludogorets Razgrad as follows:
Joe Hart; Serge Aurier, Carlos Sanchez, Eric Dier, Ben Davies; Harry Winks, Giovani Lo Celso, Dele Alli; Gareth Bale, Carlos Vinicius, Lucas Moura.
